OPSA d.o.o. is based on the Copyright Act (ZASP), the holder of material licensed rights of all contents on its website and sub-sites. The rights refer to the contents in the widest meaning and include texts, sketches, photographs, plans, maps, programmes and related things on the web page. Without the written permission of OPSA d.o.o. copying, transcribing or multiplication of the materials of OPSA d.o.o. or used for commercial use, is strictly prohibited.

The only exceptions are only the use or reproduction that is mentioned in the Copyright Act (ZASP), in Art. 48,49,51. Therefore, the use of the contents is allowed as part of the right of the public to be informed, for educational purposes, or in a quoted form with the correct text and the author's information, but only for illustration, confrontation and to give instructions. According to Art. 50 the law allows the use of the author’s work for private, non commercial use.


Protection of personal data

The company assures the protection of personal data of our website-customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP).''

Personal data is only gathered if the customer gives them out voluntarily and if he/she signs a written statement in which he allows us to collect, deposit and process the data. OPSA d.o.o. obligates itself to use the data only for purposes for which they were accepted.

The personal data that is collected will not be dispatched to any other company or person. The only exceptions are data, which are necessarily needed for cooperation with other sub-contractors supplying individual services. All sub- contractors of our company are obliged to use the data only for the execution of their work.


Company’s responsibility

The company endeavours to keep up its standards and correct every piece of data on its web page. But mistakes can occur. The whole content of the web page is only informative.

All listed prices are standard prices and the photos of the examples of applications are just symbolic. The company does not guarantee that all motifs in the gallery are compatible for making big enlargements.

The company does not assume any responsibility for the contents of other web pages which are linked to their web page. The content of these pages is the responsibility of their companies.


Ordering e-news

Users of the web page have the possibility of receiving e-news directly to their email address. The news is just to inform the users about new things on the web page, on the sales section and in the company itself. The e-news also contains advice for users and examples of product applications.

For ordering e-news, the web page visitor has to send us his email address to which he wants to receive the news. The orderer can cancel the newsletter at any time and in the same way as he has ordered it. The company is obligated to immediately delete the email address from its list of orders.



Infringement of the Law

The company OPSA d.o.o. as the owner of their web pages and the authors of the contents expect from the webpage-users that they will respect the intellectual property law, the copyright law and the protection of privacy.
If anyone is found misusing or breaking the law we will be forced to take action against the perpetrator.
